目的:分析当前医院门诊药房管理中存在的问题,并提出相应对策。方法:对医院门诊药房管理问题进行全面分析与总结。结果:当前医院门诊药房管理存在硬件设施落后、信息化程度低、管理制度不完善、从业人员素质差、流通记录不规范、进货渠道混乱等问题,需采取相应对策加以规范。结论:通过加强门诊药房硬件设施、提高信息化水平、完善管理制度、增强从业人员素质、规范记录制度及完善公开招标,可有效提高医院门诊药房管理水平。
Objective: To analyze the existing problems in the outpatient pharmacy management and to put forward corresponding countermeasures. Methods: To conduct a comprehensive analysis and summary of the hospital outpatient pharmacy management. Results: At present, there are some problems in outpatient pharmacy management, such as the backward hardware facilities, the low degree of informationization, the imperfect management system, the poor quality of practitioners, the irregular circulation records and the chaotic purchase channels. Some measures should be taken to regulate them. Conclusion: The management of outpatient pharmacy can be effectively improved by strengthening the hardware facilities of outpatient pharmacy, improving the level of informationization, perfecting the management system, enhancing the quality of employees, regulating the recording system and improving the public bidding.
