用茎段培养法对甜茶进行快速繁殖,研究了生长调节物质和活性炭对甜茶茎段培养成苗的影响。在改良MS培养茎上附加6-BA0.5~2.0mg/L有利于诱导甜茶茎段腋芽的伸长生长,诱导率可达81%;改良MS附加6-BA0.5-1.0mg/L最适宜于甜茶的继代增殖,培养20-25d,可增殖6倍左右;生根以1/2MS附加IBA2.0~3.0mg/L、GA2.0mg/L和活性碳0.1%的培养基为宜,生根率可达90%以上;生根苗移栽成活率也可达90%以上。经大面积栽植试验,组培苗生长正常。
The rapid propagation of sweet tea by stem culture method was studied. The effects of growth regulators and activated carbon on the growth of sweet tea stem segments were studied.
