社会化网络服务(SNS)可以改善老年人群的生活质量。然而由于老年人群生理和心理的特殊性,他们对社会化网络的需求和关注点与年轻人不同。另外,老年人群对社会化网络的接纳不仅取决于他们对这种新技术和新服务的认知度,而且还取决于任务与技术的匹配度。为了探究影响老年用户使用SNS的影响因素,本文采用的模型是构建在技术采纳与使用统一理论(UTAUT)和任务技术匹配理论(TTF)基础上的混合研究模型。研究发现技术任务匹配度,行为期望,社会影响以及促成因素对老年用户使用社会化网络服务的意图有显著影响,而绩效期望的影响不大。
Social Network Services (SNS) can improve the quality of life for older people. However, due to the special physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly, their needs and concerns about social networks are different from those of young people. In addition, older people’s acceptance of social networks depends not only on their awareness of this new technology and service, but also on the match between tasks and technology. In order to explore the influencing factors that affect older users’ use of SNS, the model used in this paper is a hybrid research model based on UTAUT and TTF (Mathematic Matching Theory). The research found that the matching degree of technical tasks, behavioral expectations, social influence and contributing factors have a significant impact on the intention of using social network services for elderly users, while the impact of performance expectations is not significant.
