前不久召开的自治区党委六届八次全委(扩大)会议紧密联系新疆实际,围绕加强党的执政能力建设,强调要树立和落实科学的发展观,做好今冬和明年的各项工作。认真落实好这次会议提出的各项要求和任务,对于加快推进新疆改革开放和社会主义现代化建设,具有十分重要的意义。今年以来,全区上下认真贯彻党的十六大和十六届三中全会精神,树立和落实科学的发展观,改革发展和稳定的各项工作都取得了新的成绩。全区经济保持持续快速健康发展的势头,各级党组织的凝聚力和战斗力进一步增强,三个文明建设协调推进,为今后的发展创造了良好条件。
The 8th session of the sixth plenary session of the party committee of the autonomous region (enlarged) recently held in close contact with the actual situation in Xinjiang, focusing on strengthening the building of the party’s ability to govern, stressed the need to establish and implement a scientific concept of development and do a good job this winter and next year. To earnestly implement the various demands and tasks set forth at this meeting is of great significance for accelerating the reform and opening up as well as the socialist modernization drive in Xinjiang. Since the beginning of this year, the entire district has conscientiously implemented the spirit of the 16th CPC Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, has established and implemented a scientific concept of development, and has made new achievements in various work in reform, development and stability. The economy of the entire region maintained the momentum of sustained, rapid and healthy development. Party organizations at all levels have further strengthened their cohesiveness and combat effectiveness, coordinated the promotion of the three civilizations and created favorable conditions for their future development.
