市场经济的发展和我国教育体制改革的不断深入,给学校的教育教学,特别是班主任的管理带来了机遇与挑战。现在的学生大都是独生子女,在学习和生活中,接受了许多学校外的信息和影响。学生个人意识强,叛逆心重,希望得到教师的尊重和爱护。所以,班主任的工作更是要与时俱进,充分尊重学生、信任学生,发挥学生的特长,多沟通、多包容,让每一个学生都能为良好、和谐班级氛围的形成而争光添色。就班务工作中如何发挥学生的主体性,形成良好的班风谈谈看法与实践。
The development of market economy and the continuous deepening of education system reform in our country have brought opportunities and challenges to the education and teaching of schools, especially to the teacher in charge of class. Today’s students are mostly single children, learning and living, have received many outside the school information and influence. Strong personal awareness of students, rebellious, hoping to get the respect and love of teachers. Therefore, the class teacher’s work is to advance with the times, fully respect the students, trust students, give play to the students’ strengths, more communication, more tolerance, so that each student can create a good, harmonious class atmosphere and glory. How to give full play to the students’ subjectivity in class work and form a good class to talk about the views and practices.
