其地面部从开发要点如下:1.大力提高反装甲目标的火力,尤其是加强曲射弹道武器(榴弹炮)系统的能力。2.实现装甲部队的现代化,同时还要建立一种通过相互丈援能够发挥综合战斗力的体系;3.增大与上述反装甲目标的武器系统有联系的地雷的效力;4.统一运用独立指挥和侦察(情报)体系下的可有战斗和战斗支援武器。
