目的探讨扩张型心肌病不同疾病阶段的治疗效果以及对病程的影响。方法对52例扩张型心肌病不同阶段的治疗方法及转归做回顾性分析。结果早期诊断及有明确病因的治疗效果好于不明原因的以及确诊较晚的扩张型心肌病,终末期的治疗效果最差。结论扩张型心肌病的早期诊断及正确治疗对延长患者生命很重要,尤其在中期易发生心力衰竭,药物治疗更是起到了外科及其他疗法不可替代的作用,这一阶段的治疗对病程的影响最大。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of dilated cardiomyopathy at different stages of disease and its influence on the course of disease. Methods 52 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy at different stages of treatment and outcome of retrospective analysis. The results of early diagnosis and treatment of a clear cause better than unexplained and late diagnosis of dilated cardiomyopathy, the final treatment of the worst.
