信息不对称现象在各个国家的证券市场上都存在,由于我国证券市场的产生的特殊制度和市场环境,表现出不同的特点。我国证券市场存在的各种形式的信息不对称,降低了证券市场的效率,损坏了广大投资者的利益,不利于我国证券市场的持续发展。应采取必要措施,完善信息披露制度,最大限度减少信息不对称,以促进我国证券市场的健康发展。
Asymmetric information exists in the securities markets of all countries. Due to the special system and market environment in China’s securities market, it has different characteristics. The various forms of information asymmetry existing in the securities market of our country have reduced the efficiency of the securities market, damaged the interests of investors and detrimental to the sustainable development of China’s securities market. Necessary measures should be taken to improve the information disclosure system to minimize the asymmetry of information so as to promote the healthy development of the securities market in our country.
