目的通过对某黄金提纯加工项目职业病危害控制效果进行评价,旨在加强对黄金提纯加工企业的职业病危害进行有效控制,保护劳动者健康。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测法、定量分级法、检查表分析法和职业健康检查法相结合的方法进行评价。结果作业场所中化学毒物浓度检测提示各危害因素接触水平及危害程度均较低,检测汞的1个样品短时浓度超限值,该建设项目工作场所中的化学毒物、噪声、粉尘等浓度(强度)均符合国家职业卫生标准的有关要求。结论该建设项目高度重视职业病危害防治工作,开发利用新型高温高压无氰解吸技术黄金提纯工艺,针对主要职业病危害因素采取了相应的防护措施,降低了职业病危害因素的浓度(强度),控制效果评价良好。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a gold refinery and processing project with the aim of strengthening the effective control over the occupational hazards of the gold refining and processing enterprises and protecting the health of laborers.
