研究舱外航天服热试验数值仿真方法,以达到简化仿真工作,同时保证仿真结果准确的目的。从分析试验组件物性着手,建立一对一理想加热模型分析影响被加热表面热流的因素,再用NX软件建立试验仿真模型和试验数据对比,讨论仿真关键参数。研究结果表明,只有舱外航天服外形和实际接近、添加遮挡热流的试验支架等物体、适当调整红外加热笼发射率,仿真模型才能准确模拟试验热流情况,航天服上半身受遮挡较少,试验测量较准确,仿真结果和试验数据的偏差小于10%。
The numerical simulation method of thermal test of spacesuit is studied in order to simplify the simulation work and ensure the accuracy of simulation results. Starting with the analysis of the physical properties of the test components, one-to-one ideal heating model was established to analyze the factors affecting the heat flux on the surface to be heated. Then the contrast between the experimental simulation model and the experimental data was established by NX software to discuss the key parameters of the simulation. The results show that only the shape and actual approaching of spacesuit spacesuit, adding test shields to block the heat flow, and so on, the emissivity of infrared heating cage can be adjusted properly, the simulation model can accurately simulate the heat flux of the experiment, More accurate, the deviation of the simulation results from the experimental data is less than 10%.
