事件回放1月2日,上海浦南医院“国有民营, 委托管理”正式启动。至此,在多名骨干医生集体出走之后,浦南医院的改制问题终于又向前迈进了一步。2002年7月,浦南医院中高层接到浦东新区社会发展局一纸通报,声称该院将被蓝十字医院投资管理有限公司整体收购。而蓝十字虽然在医院职工中口耳相传,但一直来历不明,一个偶然机会,有医院职工发现蓝十字注册地就在本院西门,且本医院院长刘卫东就是蓝十字董事。消息引发医院职工的不安和上访,此后,浦南医院改制一度搁浅。直到SARS
