本文研究硒缺乏对动物心肌损伤的影响,借以探讨硒缺乏和克山病的关系.采用低硒的合成饲料喂养五周龄BALB/C雄性小鼠五周,测定全血中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及肝脏中硒的含量,用光镜和电镜观察心肌的病变.实验结果表明缺硒组小鼠全血中GSH-Px活性及肝硒值明显低于对照组(P<0.01),成功地复制出缺硒动物模型.
This paper studies the effects of selenium deficiency on animal myocardial injury in order to explore the relationship between selenium deficiency and Keshan disease. The five-week-old male BALB / C mice were fed with low-selenium diet for five weeks to determine the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in the whole blood and the content of selenium in the liver. Observation of myocardial lesions. The experimental results showed that GSH-Px activity and hepatic selenium in the whole selenium-deficient mice were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01), and selenium-deficient animal models were successfully replicated.
