织金位于毕节东部,是一座历史悠久、人杰地灵的古城,是改革开放给织金注入了春风和活力,使织金得以蓬勃发展。回顾刚刚逝去的1995年,我们坚持党的基本路线和“抓住机遇、深化改革、扩大开放、促进发展、保持稳定”的基本方针,紧紧围绕全县经济建设这一中心,锐意改革、开拓进取,在各方面都取得了较好的成绩。国民经济持续发展,1995年,国民生产总值完成55200万元(90价),比上年增长14.5%;工农业总产值完成71300万元,比上年增长16.3%;乡镇企业总产值43820万元,比上年增长32.5%;粮食总产量206864吨,比上年增长3.5%;烤烟产量8841吨,比上年增长23.8%;财政收入连续五年稳步增长,1995年完成4377万元,较上年增长26%,净增901万元。一年来我们在发展经济上主要做了以下几方面工作:一、抓住支柱产业加快脱贫致富
