本文介绍全充高压油行星齿轮减速器的效率实验结果。文中介绍了实验方法、实验装置并给出了全充高压油行星齿轮减速器的效率与油压和负荷间的关系。实验结果表明,减速器的传动效率随着油压的降低或负荷的增加而增加,且随着油压的增高或负荷的减少而降低。但在润滑油压力为60kg/cm~2时,传动效率仍大于80%,因此,肯定了全充高压油行星齿轮减速器的结构是可行的。同时,文章指出,[西德]A·K·托马斯在《齿轮承载能力》一书中给出的全充油减速器的效率的数据,是偏低的。
This article describes the full charge high-pressure planetary gear reducer efficiency test results. The experimental methods and experimental devices are introduced in this paper, and the relationship between the efficiency of the full charge high pressure oil planetary gear reducer and the hydraulic pressure and load is also given. The experimental results show that the transmission efficiency of reducer increases with the decrease of hydraulic pressure or load, and decreases with the increase of hydraulic pressure or the decrease of load. However, when the lubricating oil pressure is 60kg / cm ~ 2, the transmission efficiency is still more than 80%. Therefore, it is feasible to design the full-charge high pressure oil planetary gear reducer. In the meantime, the article states that the data on the efficiency of fully oil-filled gearheads given by K.K. Thomas in “Gear Loading Capacity” is low.
