目的了解遵义市各级医疗机构传染病漏报及网络报告质量情况,为今后降低医疗机构传染病漏报及规范网络直报提供科学依据。方法 2008-2011年均按照全国及贵州省相关要求结合遵义市实际情况制定检查方案,运用Excel表格对各年传染病漏报调查原始资料进行统计分析。结果遵义市2008-2011年医疗机构平均漏报率1.51%,其中门诊漏报率1.72%,住院部漏报率0.94%;按病种统计乙类传染病漏报率为2.09%,丙类传染病漏报率为1.10%;按医疗机构级别统计,地市级及省级医疗机构漏报率0.91%,县级医疗机构漏报率1.26%,乡镇卫生院漏报率2.19%;传染病报告卡质量:纸卡完整率及准确率分别为96.00%、95.63%,纸卡与日志/出入院登记一致率82.73%,纸卡与网卡一致率91.42%,网卡报告及时率98.05%;门诊日志登记符合率:2008-2011分别为71.32%(265/189)、73.95%(572/423)、74.89%(657/492)、77.28%(625/483)。结论遵义市医疗机构门诊日志登记符合率较低,存在传染病漏报隐患、纸卡与日志/出入院登记一致率及纸卡与网卡一致率均较低,下一步还需加强医疗机构传染病报告及网络直报质量规范化管理。
Objective To understand the situation of omission of infectious diseases and quality of network reports of medical institutions at all levels in Zunyi and provide a scientific basis for reducing the omission of infectious diseases in medical institutions and regulating the direct online reporting in the future. Methods According to the relevant requirements of the whole country and Guizhou Province in 2008-2011, the inspection plans were formulated according to the actual conditions in Zunyi City. The original data of the omission of infectious diseases in different years were statistically analyzed by Excel. Results The average omission rate of medical institutions in Zunyi from 2008 to 2011 was 1.51%, outpatient missed rate of 1.72% and inpatient rate of 0.94%. The omission rate of infectious diseases of group B was 2.09% The rate of misdiagnosis was 1.10%. According to the level statistics of medical institutions, the omission rate of municipal and provincial medical institutions was 0.91%, that of county-level medical institutions was 1.26%, and that of township hospitals was 2.19%. The infectious disease report Card quality: card complete rate and accuracy were 96.00%, 95.63%, paper card and log / out of the hospital registration consistency rate of 82.73%, card and network card coincidence rate of 91.42%, card report timely rate of 98.05%; outpatient log registration The coincidence rate was 71.32% (265/189), 73.95% (572/423), 74.89% (657/492) and 77.28% (625/483) respectively in 2008-2011. Conclusion The compliance rate of outpatient diary registration of medical institutions in Zunyi is low, so there is a hidden danger of missing out infectious diseases. The registration rate of card registration, log-out and admission is low, and the agreement rate between card and network card is low.
