本文分析80年代以来提出的并行工程、精益生产、智能制造等先进制造技术的特点,认为实现CAD/CAM的真正集成,必须采用统一的信息模型,而基于STEP的信息模型可满足产品生命周期各阶段对信息的需求。为此,本文在探讨了产品生命周期信息需求特点及国内外在此方面的研究进展后,提出了一面向21世纪的制造技术——基于STEP的系统模型,并针对模具给出了IDEF0的描述。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of advanced manufacturing technologies such as parallel engineering, lean manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing put forward since the 1980s. It is considered that a unified information model must be adopted to realize the true integration of CAD / CAM, and the information model based on STEP can meet the requirements of product life cycle Stage of information needs. Therefore, after discussing the information demand characteristics of product life cycle and the research progress in this field at home and abroad, this paper proposes a manufacturing technology based on STEP in the 21st century - a system model based on STEP, and gives a description of IDEF0 .
