供应链中企业关系管理对于供应链的稳定极为重要,通过研究揭示了寡头资源型供应链中顾客行为忠诚的内在机理和实质原因,并提出了相应的市场策略建议。应用博弈论的理论和方法,建立完全信息动态博弈模型,对子博弈精炼纳什均衡的性质进行分析,分析了面对寡头供应商的客户行为决策。指出当下游企业因资源产品缺货损失较大且无替代产品时,会持续向特定供应商购买产品,且在购买过程中要支付高于一般市场的价格。
In the supply chain, enterprise relationship management is very important for the stability of the supply chain. The research reveals the intrinsic mechanism and the essence of customer behavior loyalty in the oligarch resource supply chain, and puts forward the corresponding market strategy recommendations. Applying the theories and methods of game theory, this paper establishes a complete information dynamic game model to analyze the properties of subgame refined Nash equilibrium, and analyzes the customer behavior decision-making facing the oligopolistic suppliers. It points out that when downstream enterprises have more losses and no substitute products due to out-of-stock resource products, they will continue to purchase products from certain suppliers and will pay more than the average market price during the purchase process.
