建国以来,我国建成了一大批水利基础设施,水利工程是指对社会经济可持续发展具有重要作用的的基础设施,我国水利部门对水利工程建设与管理非常重视。与其他工程建设相比,水利工程建设涉及面多、耗用人工、材料多,施工周期长,而且投资金额一般比较大。因此,水利工程建设追求的不仅仅是速度,更重要的工程效益、投资控制。鉴于此,本文对水利建设项目投资控制进行了研究。
Since the founding of New China, a large number of water conservancy infrastructures have been built in our country. Water conservancy projects refer to the infrastructures that play an important role in the sustainable social and economic development. China’s water conservancy department attaches great importance to the construction and management of water conservancy projects. Compared with other construction projects, water conservancy projects involve more construction, labor-intensive, more materials and long construction period, and the investment amount is generally larger. Therefore, the construction of water conservancy projects is not only the pursuit of speed, more important project benefits, investment control. In view of this, this article has carried on the research to the investment control of the water conservancy construction project.
