我们未来的发展,广东房地产业的建筑规划、景观设计,都要实现从“MADE IN CHINA”到“DESIGN BY CHINA”的跨越。众所周知,建筑住宅的发展和国家、地区的经济发展密切相联。广州的房地产在过处20年里面发展非常迅速。改革开放20多年,我们国家的GDP从人均200美元、400美元,发展到今天的人均1000美元,而珠江三角洲的发展就更快了,城市化水平达到了50%,GDP达到了7000美元,珠江三角洲在短短的20年走过了西方几百年走完的工业化道路。

In the more than two decades of reform and opening up, the GDP of our country has grown from 200 U.S. dollars per capita and 400 U.S. dollars to today’s average of 1,000 U.S. dollars. And the development of the Pearl River Delta is even faster. The urbanization level has reached 50% and the GDP reached 7,000 U.S. dollars. In a short span of 20 years, the delta has taken the road of industrialization that the West has been going through for centuries.
