非外伤性食管穿孔，属少见病，自１９８０年严嘉顺等报告３５例以来，少有报道，本文收集９例，包括自发性食管穿孔和食道癌合并穿孔。
Non traumatic esophageal perforation, is a rare disease, since 35 reports such as Yan Jialun 1980, rarely reported, this article collected 9 cases, including spontaneous esophageal perforation and esophageal cancer with perforation.
