目的探讨颈围(NC)与代谢综合征(MS)关系及和第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)的相关性。方法从2014年9月至12月期间在广州医科大学附属第二医院体检人群中随机抽取860人,年龄20~80岁,其中男性458人,女性402人。检测身高、体重、NC、腰围(WC)、血压、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和空腹血糖(FPG)、FEV1。结果随着NC增大,男性及女性MS各组分异常率越高。男性NC诊断MS的ROC曲线下面积为0.874,最佳切点为37.3 cm,女性NC诊断MS的ROC曲线下面积为0.863,最佳切点为34.5 cm。多重线性回归分析,NC、WC、FPG与FEV1密切相关。结论 NC是反映MS的有效指标;随着NC的增粗,FEV1下降明显,NC可作为预测肺功能改变的指标之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between neck circumference (NC) and metabolic syndrome (MS) and its relationship with forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1). Methods From September 2014 to December 2014, a total of 860 people aged 20 ~ 80 years were randomly selected from the medical examination population of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, including 458 males and 402 females. Body height, weight, NC, waist circumference (WC), blood pressure, triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and fasting plasma glucose (FPG) Results With the increase of NC, the abnormal rate of each component of male and female MS was higher. The area under the ROC curve of male NC diagnosis MS was 0.874, the best cut point was 37.3 cm. The area under the ROC curve of female NC diagnosis MS was 0.863 and the best cut point was 34.5 cm. Multiple linear regression analysis, NC, WC, FPG and FEV1 are closely related. Conclusions NC is an effective indicator of MS. With the thickening of NC, FEV1 decreases significantly, and NC can be used as an index to predict changes of pulmonary function.
