最早直接手术治疗颅内囊性动脉瘤是采用肌肉包裹动脉瘤。本文采用实验性鼠静脉袋型动脉瘤模型研究了动脉瘤对五种包裹材料的反应。62只Sprague-Dawley鼠,体重250~350克,取其颈内静脉移植于肾动脉下方的主动脉,行端一侧吻合,另一端用荷包缝合,从而形成3mm动脉瘤。动物分为对照组和下列材料包裹组:1.胸锁乳头肌肌肉;2.棉球的棉花;3.牛胶原条;4.碎平纹细布;5.聚乙烯醇颗粒。一半鼠于六周时处死,另一半于12周时处死,取主动脉、动脉瘤和周围组织进行组织病理学检查,动脉瘤周围疤痕组织,动脉瘤壁的厚度及囊壁炎性
The earliest direct surgical treatment of intracranial saccular aneurysms is a muscle-wrapped aneurysm. In this paper, experimental rat vein aneurysm model was used to study the aneurysm response to five kinds of wrapping materials. Sixty-two Sprague-Dawley rats, weighing 250-350 g, were transplanted into the aorta below the renal artery with anterolateral anastomosis and a purse-string suture at the other end to form a 3-mm aneurysm. The animals were divided into control group and the following materials package group: 1. Sternoclavicular papillary muscles; 2. Cotton balls of cotton; 3. Collagen strips; 4. Crushed muslin; 5. Polyvinyl alcohol granules. Half of the rats were sacrificed at six weeks and the other half were sacrificed at twelve weeks.
