目的建立三叉神经散的UPLC指纹图谱研究方法,为三叉神经散质量标准的制定提供参考。方法采用反相超高效液相色谱法,以体积分数0.2%磷酸水-乙腈溶液为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,采用Kromat Universil XB C_(18)(150 mm×2.1 mm,3μm)色谱柱,流速为0.2 m L·min~(-1),检测波长为320 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为2μL,建立三叉神经散的UPLC指纹图谱。运用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价”系统软件进行相似度评价,并进行特征峰指认。结果以咖啡酸为内参比峰,对三叉神经散的18个共有峰进行药材归属,并指认出4个色谱峰。结论本方法建立的三叉神经散指纹图谱重复性佳,可进行有效部位的主要色谱峰指认,为三叉神经散的图谱鉴定和质量控制提供了依据。
Objective To establish a method for the study of UPLC fingerprints of trigeminal neuralgia, and provide a reference for the formulation of trigeminal nerve mass standards. Methods Reversed-phase ultra performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was performed on a Kromat Universe XB C18 (150 mm × 2.1 mm, 3 μm) column with a mobile phase of 0.2% The flow rate was 0.2 m L · min -1, the detection wavelength was 320 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the injection volume was 2 μL. UPLC fingerprinting of trigeminal nerve was established. Use “similarity evaluation of Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprinting” system similarity evaluation, and to identify peak. Results caffeic acid as the reference peak, the trigeminal nerve scattered 18 common peaks medicinal herbs belong to, and identified four peaks. Conclusion The fingerprint of trigeminal neuralgia established by this method has good repeatability and can be used to identify the main chromatographic peaks of effective parts. It provides the basis for the identification and quality control of trigeminal nerve powder.
