随着目前国内外天然气需求量的增加,天然气处理规模越来越大,气质指标要求也越来越高,为了满足大处理量和高排放要求,高含硫天然气处理工艺采用低温克劳斯酸气处理技术,它是高含硫天然气处理的一项关键工艺技术,而尾气灼烧是这项工艺技术的重要组成部分,尾气灼烧炉是尾气处理工艺的主要设备,其衬里质量直接影响处理厂的正常运行。在工程实践中,尾气灼烧炉坍塌现象时有发生,主要原因就是衬里强度和密实度不够,为此针对灼烧炉衬里这些质量问题进行分析,研究相应的质量控制技术。
