目的了解鄂尔多斯市饮茶型氟中毒的流行情况。方法按农区、牧区、半农半牧区、镇区开展调查工作,氟含量测定采用国家标准(氟离子选择电极法)检测,氟斑牙调查采用国家氟斑牙诊断标准(Dean)。结果5旗水氟含量算术均值为0.78mg/L,茶水氟含量算术均值为2.03mg/L,茶水氟含量明显高于饮水氟含量;氟斑牙患病率:成人49.7%,儿童38.2%;尿氟大于1.5mg/L的比例,成人占63.35%,儿童占47.30%;杭锦旗氟中毒流行情况较为严重。结论鄂尔多斯市为饮茶型氟中毒地区。(上接13页)4讨论从调查结果来看,我市五旗区饮茶型氟中毒调查地区的水氟含量算术均值为0.78mg/L,茶水氟含量算术均值为2.03mg/L,茶水的氟含量明显高于饮水的氟含量,说明我市的氟中毒是由于饮用高氟茶造成的。且该调查地区的成人氟斑牙患病率达到了49.7%,儿童氟斑牙患病率为38.20%,尿氟大于1.5mg/L的比例,成人占63.35%,儿童占47.30%,这些结果又进一步证明了调查地区存在着饮茶型氟中毒,同时也表明饮茶对当地居民身体健康有了严重的威胁。由本次的调查结果不难看出,我市的饮茶型氟中毒流行状况不容乐观,鉴于此,我们应该采取一些有效的措施来预防和控制饮茶型氟中毒,如(1)改变生活习惯,(2)生产含氟量低的砖茶,(3)加强宣传力度,提高自我保护意识,等等。表5儿童氟斑牙调查结果地区调查人数正常可疑极轻轻度中度重度患病率%杭锦旗400179131512811055.3鄂旗4002408541304040.0鄂前旗400333392800016.8乌审旗4003115023106022.3伊旗40017411888191056.5合计200012374232318722038.2
Objective To understand the prevalence of drinking-type fluorosis in Erdos City. Methods The investigation was carried out in rural areas, pastoral areas, semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral areas and townships. The fluoride content was determined by the national standard (fluoride ion selective electrode method). The dental fluorosis was diagnosed by the National Dental fluorosis diagnostic criteria (Dean). Results The arithmetic mean of fluoride content in flag water was 0.78mg / L, the arithmetic mean of fluoride content in tea was 2.03mg / L, and the fluorine content in tea was significantly higher than that in drinking water. The prevalence of dental fluorosis was 49.7% in adults and 38.2% in children. From this survey results is not difficult to see that the prevalence of drinking-type fluoride poisoning in our city is not optimistic, in view of this, we should take some effective measures to prevent and control drinking-type fluoride poisoning, such as (1) change habits , (2) the production of low-fluorine brick tea, (3) to step up publicity, improve self-protection awareness, and so on.
