改革开放30年,最重要的是坚持解放思想、实事求是的思想路线。在这条思想路线的指引下,30年来,我们经历了一系列重大的观念转变。这些重大观念的转变涉及出版业、出版物、出版功能、出版单位、出版市场、出版方式、出版队伍以及版权保护等各个方面。这些重大观念转变为贯彻落实科学发展观,推进出版业的进一步改革和发展,奠定了思想基础。
In the 30 years of reform and opening up, the most important thing is to adhere to the ideological line of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts. Under the direction of this line of thought, we have undergone a series of major changes of concept in the past 30 years. These major changes have been related to the publishing industry, publications, publishing functions, publishing units, publishing markets, publishing methods, publishing teams, and copyright protection. These major ideas have been transformed into laying the ideological foundation for implementing the scientific concept of development and promoting the further reform and development of the publishing industry.
