随着国家新型工业化道路、各项产业转型升级战略的深入实施,工业4.0的概念被越来越多的企业所熟知、接受。对于中国的传统行业而言,转型实际上是从传统的公司,从2.0、3.0的公司,转型到4.0的公司,从粗放、落后的生产方式升级为智能、精密的生产方式。对目前就职于各类公司的职工而言,同样面临着转型升级的机遇和挑战,企业职工也需要随国家战略一起,完成从2.0、3.0到4.0的升级,对于技能人才队伍建设而言更是如此。我国技能人才队伍呈现出数量不足、质量不高、结构不合理的严重现象,已成为经济发展的主要瓶颈。如何借鉴国外经验,探索一条适合我国国情的技能人才培养途径,成为国内企业实现产业转型升级的迫切任务。然而,新一代高级技能人才的培养不可能一蹴而就,需要个人、企业、行业、政府共同努力,文章通过对欧洲、北美洲、亚洲等发达国家的技能人才培养模式进行研究,对国内技能人才培养的现状及不足进行分析,初步探索、提出了国内技能人才的培养建议。
With the national new road to industrialization and various industrial restructuring and upgrading strategies, the concept of Industry 4.0 is more and more accepted and accepted by more and more enterprises. For the traditional industries in China, the transition is actually from the traditional companies, from 2.0,3.0 companies to 4.0 companies, upgrading from extensive and backward production methods to intelligent and sophisticated production methods. As for employees currently working in various companies, they also face the opportunities and challenges of transformation and upgrading. Enterprises and workers also need to complete the upgrade from 2.0 to 3.0 to 4.0 with the national strategy, and even more so for the construction of skilled personnel teams in this way. The ranks of skilled personnel in our country have shown a serious shortage of quantity, low quality and irrational structure and have become the major bottleneck in economic development. How to use foreign experience for reference to explore a way of cultivating skilled personnel that suits our national conditions has become an urgent task for domestic enterprises to achieve industrial transformation and upgrading. However, the cultivation of a new generation of senior skilled personnel can not be accomplished in one step, and requires the joint efforts of individuals, enterprises, industries and governments. The article studies the training mode of skilled personnel in developed countries in Europe, North America and Asia, Status quo and inadequacies of the analysis, preliminary exploration, put forward suggestions for the training of domestic skilled personnel.
