可拓工程方法是解决现实矛盾的一种实用方法,发电企业经营状况好坏直接决定着企业的生存能力,对发电企业经营状况进行评价,是发电企业经营工作的重要组成部分,既是对企业以前经营工作的总结,也为企业明确以后的经营工作重点提供了科学的依据。本文应用可拓优度模型对发电企业的经营状况进行评价,制定了一套科学的评价指标体系,并结合层次分析法确定指标权重,为发电企业经营状况评价提供了一种新的方法,并运用案例说明这种方法具有良好的应用性,能得到合理的评价结果。
Extensible engineering method is a practical way to solve the contradiction between reality. The power plant’s operating conditions directly determine the viability of the enterprise. The evaluation of the operating conditions of the power generation enterprises is an important part of the power plant management. The summary of the management work also provides the scientific basis for the enterprise to make clear the key points for the future management. This paper evaluates the operating conditions of power generation enterprises by using the excellent extension model, formulates a set of scientific evaluation index system and determines the weight of indicators by AHP, which provides a new method for evaluating the operating conditions of power generation enterprises. The application example shows that this method has good applicability and can get a reasonable evaluation result.
