ICP—AES方法是快速、灵敏、准确、同时测定多种微量元素的方法。由于方法的基体效应小,可用一套标准同时测定不同种类的试样,近年来国内已广泛采用ICP—AES测定钢铁、环境水样等多种试样中微量金属元素。水样分析目前大致采用直接法和分离浓缩法。本文采用ICP—AES测定工厂废水中的铬、钒、钛、铍、铜、钼等微量元素,各待测元素的定量下限为0.OOX微克/毫升—0.0X微克/毫升,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2.5%。
ICP-AES method is fast, sensitive, accurate, simultaneous determination of trace elements in a variety of ways. Due to the small matrix effect of the method, a set of standards for simultaneous determination of different types of samples can be used. In recent years, ICP-AES has been widely used for determination of trace metal elements in various samples such as steel and environmental water samples. At present, water samples are mainly analyzed by direct method and separation and concentration method.
