1、“十一五”规划出台,天津滨海新区先行2006年3月14日,十属全国人大四次会议表决批准了关于国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划纲要。备受外界关注的是,在“+一五”规划中,天津滨海新区被纳入国家总体发展战略布局。4月26日,国务院常务会议批准天津滨海新区进行综合配套改革试点。“十一五”时期,天津滨海新区将随长江三角洲的上海浦东新区、珠江三角洲的经济特区之后,成为中国区域经济的第三个发展极。
1, Eleventh Five-Year Plan promulgated, Tianjin Binhai New Area first March 14, 2006, the Fourth Session of the Ten National People’s Congress votes approved the 11th five-year plan for national economic and social development. Much attention has been paid to the outside world that in the “+ 15” plan, Tianjin Binhai New Area is included in the overall national strategic layout. April 26, the State Council executive meeting approved Tianjin Binhai New Area to carry out a comprehensive reform pilot. During the 11th Five-Year Plan period, Tianjin Binhai New Area will become the third pole of regional economic development in China following the special economic zones of Shanghai Pudong New Area and the Pearl River Delta in the Yangtze River Delta.
