本研究通过分析预防性应用奥美拉唑 (ｌｏｓｅｃ)对昏迷的Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭 (ＲＦ)患者并发上消化道出血 (ＵＧＩＢ)、医院获得性肺炎 (ＨＡＰ)及住院病死情况的影响 ,探讨用抑酸剂预防ＵＧＩＢ治疗的价值。1 对象和方法收集本院 1995 - 0 3～ 1999- 0 5昏迷的 2型ＲＦ患者共 68例
