分析了某榴弹炮自动装填系统中的弹药限位器结构与传动原理,结合链式推弹机,设计了一种适用于迫击炮的自动弹仓弹药限位器。以推弹动作为动力,创新地应用了凸轮传动原理,解决了弹药限位器设计中关键的开闭锁问题。基于ADAMS对推弹过程进行了仿真分析,通过对关键构件转角和构件间的接触力曲线分析,论证了机构动作可行性和结构可靠性。
In this paper, the structure and transmission principle of ammunition stopper in a howitzer automatic loading system are analyzed. Combined with chain-type projectile machine, an automatic magazine ammunition stopper for mortar is designed. Using the push-pull motion as a driving force, the principle of cam transmission was innovatively applied to solve the key open-lock problem in the design of the ammunition stopper. Based on ADAMS, the projectile projectile process was simulated and analyzed. Through the analysis of the contact angle of the key component corner and the component, the feasibility of the mechanism action and the structural reliability were demonstrated.
