目的为了贯彻执行《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》及《传染病报告管理工作规范》,切实加强石嘴山市传染病报告管理工作,提高传染病报告质量,降低传染病漏报率。方法采取抽查资料、现场考核的方法,现场查看资料、查阅门诊日志及化验登记等方法,搜索传染病病例,与传染病登记本、卡片、网络逐一核对,查漏报情况。结果石嘴山市25家各级医疗机构共调查病例数414例,漏报2例,漏报率0.48%;报告率99.52%,及时率100.00%,均在95%以上。结论传染病疫情管理各类管理制度健全、管理措施落实到位是提高传染病报告质量的关键。
Objective To implement the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases” and the “Code of Conduct on Reporting of Infectious Diseases” so as to effectively strengthen the management of infectious disease reports in Shizuishan, improve the quality of infectious disease reporting and reduce the rate of false positives of infectious diseases. Methods The method of spot check, site examination, site visit, access to outpatient log and laboratory registration were used to search for cases of infectious diseases, and to check the status of communicable diseases with the register of infectious diseases, cards and networks one by one. Results A total of 414 cases were investigated in 25 medical institutions at all levels in Shizuishan City. Two cases were missed, and the omission rate was 0.48%. The report rate was 99.52% and the prompt rate was 100.00%, all above 95%. Conclusion The various management systems of infectious disease outbreak management are sound and the implementation of management measures is the key to improve the quality of the infectious disease report.
