2014年4月22日是第41个世界地球日,河南省首个环保法庭在中牟县揭牌成立,今后凡是涉及环境保护方面的案件,将全部集中在一个法庭审理。环保法庭将实行刑事、民事、行政、执行“四合一”模式,主要审理环境污染类、生态破坏类、涉及林木土地矿产等自然资源的案件和环境公益诉讼案件。近年来,滥伐林木,捕杀野生动物、工厂排污超标等各类涉及环保案件呈逐年上升趋势。2009年
April 22, 2014 is the 41st Earth Day. The first environmental court in Henan Province was unveiled in Zhongmou County. All future cases involving environmental protection will be fully confined to one court. The Environmental Tribunal will implement the criminal, civil, administrative and enforcement “four in one” mode.
