江苏省军区针对当前实际,把解决老干部医疗难问题作为今年老干部工作的重点来抓。省军区对所属干休所全面推行医疗保障改革,建立以标准经费为基础,部分福利和单位补助为补充的老干部个人专用医疗帐户,实行所内持卡就诊,经费记帐管理,滚动使用,确保了老干部的基本用药。在资金上给予倾斜,把老干部特殊医疗经费纳入预算,专款专用。改革干休所的福利模式,把老干部的福利由过去的单一生活福利向以医疗福利为主、生活福利为辅的模式转变,保障了老干部的医疗需要。提高干休所卫生所服
