患者男性,45岁,干部,于1979年7月因发生严重哮喘而住某医院。先用西药治疗两个月,未见症状改善,从9月5日起改服中药《黑锡丹》治疗30天,累积剂量74.8克,另用46.8克捣碎挂于胸前外用。至27天时,患者发生头昏、头痛、恶心、呕吐、多汗及腹痛,并持续四天后,腹痛由隐痛转为绞痛,恶心呕吐频繁,但体温血象正常。第五天出现腹泻,并有黑便,注射阿托品、葡萄糖酸钙不能缓解,于10月22日转贵州省职防院治疗。实验室检查:血红蛋白9.5克,红细胞320万,白细胞总数4200/mm~3,中性66％,淋巴26％,酸性6％。尿常规:蛋白(+),白细胞1-3/Hp。大便隐血强阳性。胸部X线检查:双肺纹理增粗,透光度增强。肝脾超声波
