经皮椎体后凸成形术（ PKP）在治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折（ OVCFs）中取得了满意效果，成为治疗OVCFs较为理想的手术方式。骨水泥渗漏、栓塞、邻近椎体骨折、骨水泥毒性反应等是PKP治疗OVCFs围术期较为常见的并发症，其并发症的防治越来越引起人们的重视。在围术期应严格把握手术适应证，提高操作技能，积累操作经验，重视抗骨质疏松治疗，积极防治并发症。“,”Percutaneous kyphoplasty( PKP) has achieved satisfactory effect in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCFs),and has become the ideal operation method to treat osteoporotic ver-tebral compression fractures.Bone cement leakage,embolism,adjacent vertebral fracture,bone cement toxicity etc.are the common complications in perioperative period of PKP treatment of OVCFs,and the prevention and treatment are also causing more and more people′s attention.In the perioperative period,surgical indications should be strictly grasped,operation skills should be improved and experience should be accumulated,due attention should be paid to anti-osteoporosis therapy,and active prevention of complications should be done.
