树突状细胞( DC)是白细胞的异源群体细胞,它在启动和调节免疫反应中发挥着重要作用。人类CD300分子家族调节着白细胞的分化、活性、细胞因子、趋化因子以及白细胞的吞噬作用和趋化性。 DC表达CD300家族的所有成员,且CD300分子能在体内外调节 DC的功能,还能通过自分泌的方式来调节CD300分子的表达。因而阐明 CD300分子家族的生理机制,将有利于利用CD300分子这个有效靶点,在很多炎症性疾病或肿瘤中发挥治疗作用。“,”Dendritic cells ( DC) are a heterogeneous population of leucocytes playing a key role in initi-ating and modulating immune responses.The human CD300 family regulates cellular activities including differ-entiation,viability,cytokine and chemokine secretion,leukocyte phagocytosis and chemotaxis.CD300 mole-cules are all expressed by DC,which have been shown to regulate DC function both in vitro and in vivo.In addition,DC are able to regulate the CD300 expression in an autocrine manner.Therefore clarifying the physi-ology of CD300 will allow effective targeting of CD300 as novel therapies in a wide variety of inflammatory dis-eases and tumors.
