本文报道了73例男性淋病性尿道炎病人的流行情况调查,并对该病的诊断、治疗及预防等方面进行了讨论。要求对患者及其性侣同时给予彻底治疗,且要对在生活上与病人有密切接触者应进行流行病学管理,强调卫生知识的宣传与教育工作是十分重要的。本病应受到全社会的关注及有关部门的配合,否则是难以得到有效的防治与控制的。
This article reports 73 cases of male patients with gonococcal urethritis prevalence survey, and the diagnosis, treatment and prevention aspects of the disease were discussed. The requirement of thorough treatment of both patients and their sexual partners and the need to have epidemiological management of those who have close contact with their patients in life emphasize the importance of publicity and education on hygiene knowledge. The disease should be the concern of the whole society and the cooperation of relevant departments, otherwise it is difficult to get effective prevention and control.
