卡介苗接种是预防结核病的一项有效措施,过去人们主要是采取皮上划痕接种和部分皮内接种。但皮内接种须先作结核菌素(简称结素)试验,待72小时检查结素反应阴性者方可接种。不做结素试验,而直接皮内接种卡介苗是否安全,国内外已作了不少实验研究。为在我区推广直接皮内接种卡介苗取得依据并考核冻干皮内卡介苗的免疫效果,我们于1987年4~6月在赣州市和于都县城对1864名儿童进行了直接皮内接种卡介苗,现将结果报告如下。对象与方法我们以7岁和12岁的学生为试验对象,
