国有企业改革是当前经济工作的中心,如何加强对外经跻合作企业(以下简称外经企业)财务管理,提高外经企业经济效益和管理水平,开拓国际市场,培植财源,增加国家和企业收入,是当前国有外经企业改革的主题。一、外经企业发展面临的主要问题自1979年中国建筑工程总公司成立以来,我国的对外经济合作事业,从无到有,从小到大,业务领域几乎履盖了所有的行业,业务范围遍布171个国家和地区,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。但我们也应该看到,我国外经企业的发展还面临着许多问题。
