Wazhou Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Group Company”) is the core company of Wazhou Group and is authorized to operate state-owned sole proprietorship companies that own all the assets of Wafangdian Bearing Factory. The main production and operation entity of the original tile shaft plant (17 basic production plants) was converted into tile shaft company, which is the largest holding subsidiary of the group company. The original transportation office, gas station, equipment office, and tool office were all brought to the market and converted into independent accounting subsidiaries.
