用琼脂对倍稀释法检测了204株淋球菌对10种抗生素的敏感性,并对产β-内酰胺酶的淋球菌菌株(PPNG)进行了检测。结果显示,耐青霉素菌株达53.43%,耐四环素、红霉素和强力霉素菌株分别为36.76%、56.86%和26.47%,美满霉素、阿奇霉素、环丙沙星和氧氟沙星均有耐药菌株出现,头泡三嗪和壮观霉素100%敏感。共检测到PPNG菌株17株(8.33%)。
The sensitivity of 204 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to 10 antibiotics was tested by double-dilution agar assay, and the gonococcus isolates producing β-lactamase (PPNG) were tested. The results showed that the strains resistant to penicillin up to 53.43%, resistant tetracycline, erythromycin and doxycycline strains were 36.76%, 56.86% and 26.47%, minocycline, azithromycin, ciprofloxacin And ofloxacin resistant strains were present, the first triazine and spectinomycin sensitive 100%.
