水芹(Oenanthe javanica)为产于延边自治州的伞形科植物。用其全草以水醇法提取,利用四氯化碳(CCl_4)致大鼠肝损害为模型作对照,对比观察50%水芹提液的退黄降酶的疗效和保肝作用。实验中将Wistar大鼠随机分为生理盐水组(10ml/kg)SC,CCl_4肝损害对照组(5ml/kg)SC和水芹提取液给药组(10ml/kg相当于生药5g/kg)SC。结果表明,生理盐水组,10只动物的胆红素和GPT的平均含量分别为0.36mg%和52.2u%。水芹提
Oenanthe javanica is an umbrella plant produced in Yanbian Prefecture. The whole plant was extracted by hydroalcohol method and the model of liver damage induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl_4) was used as a control model. The efficacy and hepatoprotective effect of 50% watercress extract on jaundice and down-regulation were observed. Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal saline group (10ml/kg) SC, CCl_4 liver damage control group (5ml/kg) SC and watercress extract administration group (10ml/kg equivalent crude drug 5g/kg) SC . The results showed that in the saline group, the average contents of bilirubin and GPT in 10 animals were 0.36 mg% and 52.2 u%, respectively. Watercress
