本文对316例新生儿进行佝偻病的前瞻性观察,在新生儿期、3月、6月及6岁的患病率分别为7.9％,31.8％,35.3％及44.3％。证实北京地区佝偻病发病很早.孕妇在孕后期每日服VD1000Iu,其血清25(OH)D_3水平明显高于不服VD者,表明预防佝偻病措施应从妊娠后期开始.在被观察的早期婴儿中2.9％患婴儿肝炎综合征.这些患儿合并佝偻病高达88％,提示在治疗婴儿肝炎综合征的同时要加强佝偻病的防治.
A prospective observational study of rickets in 316 newborns was conducted in this study. The prevalence rates were 7.9%, 31.8%, 35.3% and 44.3% in the neonatal period, March, June and 6 years respectively. Confirmed that early onset of rickets in Beijing confirmed early pregnant women in the second trimester of daily doses of VD1000Iu, serum 25 (OH) D_3 levels were significantly higher than those who refused to VD, indicating that prevention of rickets should start from late pregnancy in 2.9% of the observed early infants, Suffering from hepatitis syndrome in children with rickets in children up to 88%, suggesting that in the treatment of infant hepatitis syndrome, we must strengthen the prevention and treatment of rickets.
