目的 为手术治疗涉及眶上裂区肿瘤提供详尽的显微解剖及解剖参数。方法 应用20 例成人头颅湿标本, 在放大5 ×25 倍显微镜下, 对眶上裂区进行逐层显微解剖, 观察及测量。结果 眶上裂位于眶尖与海绵窦之间。被 Zinn 腱环分为三部分: 外侧区、中央区和下侧区。滑车神经、额神经、泪腺神经及眼上静脉经外侧区穿行。动眼神经上、下支、外展神经、鼻睫神经及腱状神经节的交感根和感觉根均经中央区穿行。下侧区仅有眼下静脉穿行。本研究对穿行于上述各区域的神经及血管的行程及毗邻结构进行了显微解剖、观察和测量。结论 熟悉此区域的显微解剖, 术中可避免损伤重要的神经血管结构。
Objective To provide detailed microsurgical and anatomical parameters for the surgical treatment of tumors involving the supraorbital fissure. Methods Twenty adult skull wet specimens were used to dissect, observe and measure the supraorbital fissure area by 5 × 25 magnification microscope. Results Orbital fissure located between the orbital apex and the cavernous sinus. Zinn tendon is divided into three parts: the outer zone, the central zone and the lower zone. Trigeminal nerve, frontal nerve, lacrimal gland nerve and the superior meridian vein through the lateral area. Ocular nerve upper and lower branches, abducens nerve, nasociliary nerve and tendon ganglion sympathetic roots and sensory roots through the central region through. The lower side of the vein is only the current line. In this study, we dissected, observed and measured the distance and adjacent structures of the nerves and blood vessels passing through the above regions. Conclusion Familiar with the anatomy of the area, surgery can avoid damage to important neurovascular structures.
