To investigate the effect of Guanxinkang granules on experimental hyperlipidemia in mice and hemorheology in rats. The results showed that Guanxinkang can significantly inhibit the increase of TG and TC in mice induced by TritonWR-1339 and enhance blood stasis. Red blood cell deformability of rats, reduced whole blood specific viscosity and plasma specific viscosity, decreased serotonin content, but also significantly expanded normal mouse microvessels
