目的:观察健脑通络方(JNTL)对脑梗塞大鼠脑部氧自由基代谢的影响,探讨其治疗血管性痴呆的作用机理。方法:以颈内动脉暂时夹闭加颈外动脉注射栓子方法造成多发性脑梗塞,加注山莨菪碱,以记忆力检测模型,测量各组大鼠脑内皮层、下丘脑、海马、纹状体部超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及过氧化脂质(LPO)含量。结果:给药组大脑四部位SOD活性不同程度增加,LPO下降,尤以大脑皮层明显。提示:JNTL具有提高模型动物脑内氧自由基代谢能力,为临床治疗血管性痴呆提供了一定的实验室依据。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of JNTL on the metabolism of oxygen free radicals in the brain of rats with cerebral infarction, and to explore its mechanism of action in treating vascular dementia. METHODS: Multi-cerebral infarction was induced by transient occlusion of the internal carotid artery and injection of emboli into the external carotid artery. Anisodamine was added. The model of memory was used to measure the cerebral cortex, hypothalamus, hippocampus and striatum in each group. Body superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and lipid peroxidation (LPO) content. Results: In the administration group, SOD activity in different parts of the brain increased in different degrees, and LPO decreased, especially in the cerebral cortex. Tip: JNTL has the ability to increase oxygen free radical metabolism in the brain of model animals, providing a certain laboratory basis for clinical treatment of vascular dementia.
