手推胶轮车车轮轮毂是由图一所示的两只相同的冲压件拼焊而成。它不仅形状复杂,而且尺寸精度、形状误差要求都较严,不允许表面有皱纹和划痕,这就给冲压成形造成了一定困难。
Hand wheel rubber tire cart wheel hub is shown in Figure 1 by two identical stamping welded together. It is not only complicated in shape, but also has strict requirements on dimensional accuracy and shape error. It does not allow wrinkles and scratches on the surface, which causes some difficulties in stamping.
