山东问题的解决是中国近现代史上收回主权的一个典型案例。虽然付出了较多的金钱代价并且使日本保留了一定的特权。但是在饱受外来侵略和干涉的中国近现代史上仍不失为一个较为成功的事件。仔细梳理山东问题从产生到解决的全过程不难发现,这就是一部中国人民从近代开始的从屈辱到抗争再到胜利的反抗外来侵略斗争史。同时也是中国外交政策现代化的历史。本文拟从山东问题的产生、巴黎和会上山东问题留下悬案、华盛顿会议上山东问题的彻底解决等几方面进行论述从而得出结论。
The solution to the Shandong issue is a typical example of the sovereignty recovery in China’s modern history. Although paying more money and leaving Japan with certain privileges. However, it is still a relatively successful event in the modern history of China exposed to external aggression and interference. It is not hard to find out carefully the whole process from the establishment to the settlement of the Shandong issue. This is the history of the Chinese people’s struggle against foreign aggression from humiliation to resistance and victory. It is also the history of the modernization of China’s foreign policy. This article intends to draw conclusions from several aspects, such as the emergence of the Shandong issue, the overhaul of the Shandong issue at the Paris Peace Conference and the thorough settlement of the Shandong issue at the Washington meeting.
